Right at all! Sjøgløtt is centrally located in Kvadraturen, and within walking distance to most of the city's servering - it's almost not a thing that is not available within a few minutes walk!
There are loads of beautiful places close to Sjøgløtt Hotell - such as Bystranda, Kilden, the new Aquarama, Fiskebrygga, city beach, marina and guest harbor. We are also located two blocks from Markens gate, a pedestrian street, where you will find many of the city's restaurants and nightlife, as well as shops and shopping centers. If you go to Sørland Center or Dyreparken, the bus runs several times an hour, a three-minute walk away, and in the summer there is a private bus to Captain Sabeltannforestillingen that stops right outside the door!
